Directions
Please ensure you follow the directions provided here for each product to ensure maximum benefit and optimum safety. Always do a test-patch first. If you are on a prescription-required topical, or internal medication, contact your prescribing doctor to determine if you may use our products while on medication. For adult-use, only.


Intense Gels:
You may use this product daily if desired. The more you FEED your skin, with this concentrated product, the better it will look. We recommend using the IG a minimum of three times weekly for noticeable results. You may use around the eye area and even on the lips, if desired. Store this item out of direct sunlight and with the lid on at all times. You may store in the refrigerator if desired. The Intense Gels have a shelf-life of 6-9 months depending on how closely you follow storage directions. We do not add the standard industrial chemicals that unnaturally extend a product’s life for 2 years plus. We feel if one doesn’t use a 2oz skin care product within 3 months, it probably didn’t do anything noticeably different for the person and it should go into the trash bin.

1. Thoroughly cleanse your face with soap and water.
2. Shake the bottle vigorously: it’s important to shake the bottle well to allow ingredients to fully mix as we do not use chemicals to dissolve the ingredients, as most others do, thus there is separation of ingredients during non-use.
3. Apply a thin or thick film [based on preference] over your entire face and leave on for between 15-45 minutes+. You may leave on longer [we do] though, some of the ingredients do reach full absorption [benefits are reaped] at approximately 1-2 hours.
4. Wash-off the IG with warm water and soap. It may take 2 applications to fully remove the product. You may also use a paper towels to wipe off the IG , before washing-off, to expedite the removal process.
5. Apply a SPF or moisturizer right after if desired.
6. ALWAYS replace the lid when not in use. Air expedites the natural process of oxidation and by keeping the lid on at all times, and the product out of direct sunlight you will ensure the product lasts its expected shelf-life.
NOTE: some of our customers use the IG while sleeping. In this case use only a thin film and rub the IG into your skin: the Vitamin E Oil has the consistency of honey thus, rubbing the IG into your skin, you will minimize the potential for the IG to get into your hair and your pillow. In the morning follow steps 4 & 5.


Intense Peels:
The three peels we sell provide effective resurfacing results while safe for at-home use. They produce a mild rejuvenation without the extended downtime of a more invasive peel. Although you will notice results with your first application of a peel, peels works best by performing a series of peels over a 2 month period. Then, after 2 months, stop for a period of one month, and then resume using for 2 months. The instructions below will provide to you the best way to use each peel for the maximum benefit and safety. Not following the directions [i.e. overusing] will NOT make your skin look better: with chemicals peels More is NOT Better. The Intense Mini-Peels have a shelf-life of up to 18 months.

Always perform a patch test in an inconspicuous area and wait 24 hours to observe signs of irritation before using any product. Directions must be followed exactly. Do not use if you have undergone recent Chemotherapy treatment or Accutane Treatment. Wait 2 weeks after stopping Retin-A or Obaji peels to use any chemical peel. Always use a sunscreen of SPF 15 or greater when using a peeling product. Never use any Peel product around the eyes or on the lips. As always, use Reasonable Judgment: if excessive irritation or stinging occurs with any product, rinse off immediately and discontinue use. Do not use the IG or any products with fragrance or exfoliation properties for 24 hours after any Peel product.


Intense Mini-Peel, 30% Glycolic acid pH 2.3
Intense Mini-Peel, 40% Lactic acid pH 2.2
The peeling is gradual and you will not actually see the peeling process. If you enjoy sun tanning, do not use this peel, instead use the Lactic Peel. This is a stronger peel and if you do not use a sunscreen hyper-pigmentation may occur. The Lactic Acid is has the same affect as Glycolic Acid, but is much milder to the skin and with no problems of hyper-pigmentation.

1. Cleanse face with an oil-free cleanser and pat dry.
2. Liberally apply product using fingers or cotton ball, avoiding area around the eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. Do NOT rub into skin.
3. Leave for 2 - 6 minutes.
4. Wash-off using copious amounts of warm water and soap. Note: a mixture of Baking Soda and Water can also be used, though water and soap will suffice at fully removing the product from the skin at this level.
5. Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer and Sunscreen.
6. Repeat every 7 days, maximum, for 1st month of use. Thereafter you may increase use to every 5 days and for up to 7 minutes, maximum.


Intense Mini-Peel, 5% Salicylic acid pH 2.3
Unlike Glycolic and Lactic Acids which are gradual peels, using Salicylic Acid may cause visible peeling that may last up to 3 days. Salicylic Acid is able to penetrate the oily material blocking pores, in the process exfoliating and cleaning them out
1. Cleanse face with an oil-free cleanser and pat dry.
2. Using a cotton ball, apply the Salicylic acid in a circular motion, while gently rubbing into the skin.
3. Leave for 1 - 2 minutes.
4. Wash-off using copious amounts of warm water and soap. Note: a mixture of Baking Soda and Water can also be used, though water and soap will suffice at fully removing the product from the skin at this level.
5. Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer and Sunscreen.
6. Repeat every 7 days, maximum, for 1st month of use. Thereafter you may increase use to every 5 days and for up to 3 minutes, maximum.


Pure Vitamin Therapy:
Simply apply a pea-sized dose of the crème to a clean, dry face and neck area once or twice daily, Simple!


Pure C Serum
When you are ready to begin your intensive C treatments, shake the 1/2 oz premix. Then, pour the entire contents of the Pure Vitamin C booster test-tube into the 1/2oz premix bottle. Shake for up to 3 minutes to allow pure C to dissolve. Apply a thin film over the skin. If you wish to apply products over the Pure C Serum, allow 1/2 hour for the product to absorb into the skin. Use once or twice, daily, as desired. Ensure you always shake the product for a few minutes before each use. Note: the product color is orange, but it has not oxidized: Tocomin® has an orange color. Pure C Serum has a shelf-life of 1-2 months, once mixed.


BioScrub
1. Wash face with warm water.
2. Place about 1/2-teaspoon, or desired amount into your hand and add lukewarm water to create a small lather.
3. Rub in circular motion over the entire face for 1 minute+.
4. Wash-off with copious amounts of warm water.


No. 5.5 Liquid Cleanser
1. Place a small amount of liquid in palm of hand and add water.
2. Rub to create the foam and then apply to face as you would any soap.


Toner 101
Use a cotton ball or toilet paper and coat skin with toner. Do not wash-off. Use first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Use also after any other skin treatments you use to ensure your skin’s pH is returned to an optimal balance.
