Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order, using the US Postal Service, Priority Mail & Global Priority Mail. Orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped. If you do not get one, check your SPAM email box.
Domestic Orders: We ship using United States Postal Service Priority Mail for a flat-fee of $4.95 for every 4 items, estimated delivery of between 2-4 days. You will receive a tracking # from USPS.com when your package ships.
Shipping to Canada: The United States Postal service has increased its postage prices. Because of this our international s/h has increased. As standard, we ONLY charge actual postage to ship out of the USA: no extra handling charges or hidden fees. We charge a flat-fee of $9.00 for 3 items shipped Priority Mail International in 1 envelope. One envelope will only hold three products. When ordering and shipping internationally you will automatically be charged $9.00 for every three items you purchase. Priority Mail International, is estimated at between 5-20 business days for delivery. We do not guarantee international delivery times, given it is dependant upon the Canada’s Custom’s Office procedures.

Priority Mail International, is estimated at between 5-25 business days for delivery depending upon the country you live in: Middle East takes longer then Europe/Asia. We do not guarantee international delivery times, given it is dependant upon the County’s Custom’s Office and procedures. When the shipping address is located in a country that does not accept PMI, we will ship the order Airmail letter, and send a bill, payable before the order is shipped, for the additional s/h that may be required. Note: we will only charge you for postage, which is based on the weight of the package.
Shipping outside of USA - general information: if you wish to have quicker shipping, then listed above, or to obtain tracking documents email us and we will provide to you the extra cost of postage to ship your package Global Express [which begins at $28.00, and goes up based on weight]. For all international orders we only accept Credit Cards, WesternUnion.com and PayPal for international orders. Anything received via snail-mail will be returned to the sender, unopened.
When the shipping address is located in a country that does not accept GPM, we will ship the order Airmail letter, and send a bill, payable before the order is shipped, for the additional s/h that may be required: note we will only charge you for postage for Airmail letter, which is based on the weight of the package. In some cases orders are shipped Airmail Letter Post when the Destination Country does not allow GPM, or if the order has an extremely large package- size or weight.
Return Policy: Items in new & unopened condition returned within 30 days of purchases, will be issued a refund [excluding shipping and handling] or exchange, based on customer preference. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that have been opened.The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return is an error on behalf of the House of Deming.
